They think no one knows what they are doing, but all do. Winning is scarce and a lot of hoodlums can be found prancing around, most lurking for left over change left on machines.
They are changing the place over now to MGM and doing away with the Hardrock name, so lots of moving things around and construction while staying open. The buffet well it appears good at sight and taste BUT in a half hour it's affects are like taking that drink before a colonoscopy, good thing there are bathrooms close. Entrance to concert area is terrible if you are a player, you have everyone walking by you putting their drink glasses next to you, bumping into you, poor set-up.
Machines too crammed together so you are sitting practically on one another. If you are claustrophobic this place is not for you, especially on busy days. Like the title says, it's a small casino with a lot jammed inside.
